Bill was born and raised in Waukegan, Illinois. Bill graduated from Waukegan High School in 2006, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2010, where Bill received his Bachelor of Arts, and from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2013, where Bill received my Juris Doctorate. Bill graduated law school cum laude, was an editor on the Northern Illinois University Law Review, and NIU’s 2011 Mock Trial champion, and has two published legal articles. While attending law school Bill worked at NIU’s Students’ Legal Assistance providing pro bono legal assistance to students. In 2013 Bill worked in Springfield, Illinois as a legislative extern in the Illinois House of Representatives in the Illinois State Capitol. Bill became an associate at the Law Office of Jim Black & Associates in April of 2014. Bill is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Winnebago County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois.
Bill enjoys running and has completed several races ranging from 5k’s to half and full marathons. Bill also enjoys reading, traveling, camping, watching movies, spending time with friends and family, and expanding his culinary palate.
